Bill Jin

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at Georgia Tech. I have earned my doctoral degree in the Civil Engineering at Georgia Tech. Prior to my graduation, I was a guest research fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). In addition, I have received my dual master's degrees in Civil Engineering - Infrastructure systems and in Natural Resources and Environment – Sustainable Systems from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and School of Environment and Sustainability at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, respectively. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I am also a licensed professional engineer in Maryland.
